So glad Rail Ryder had a chance to be part of the Porsche Rennsport Reunion V at the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca September 25 – 27. The event was billed as the largest gathering of Porsche race cars and drivers in the world. Enthusiasts witnessed an unprecedented display of motor racing history and heritage during Porsche Rennsport Reunion V and Rail Ryder was right in the middle of it all!
“I think Porsche Rennsport Reunion V overwhelmed everybody — the cars, the people, the atmosphere,” said Gill Campbell, CEO and general manager of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. “There is a spirituality about Porsche that is unparalleled in any other marque. But looking at 57,000 people’s smiles this weekend, you go away from this saying, ‘Wow, that was awesome. Let’s do it again in four years’.”
